We were among the first ones to tell you that Hrithik
Roshan and Tiger Shroff will be starring in Yash Raj Films’ untitled next. And
now, the makers have revealed that Vaani Kapoor will be seen romancing Hrithik
in the movie. In an official statement released by Yash Raj this morning, it
has been confirmed that Hrithik and Vaani will be paired opposite each other.

Director Siddharth Anand was quoted saying, “While the
film is primarily Hrithik vs Tiger, there is only 1 girl in the film who is
opposite Hrithik. I was looking for young and fresh energy in the casting and I
have found that in Vaani Kapoor.” “I have loved Vaani as an actor in both her
films and after meeting her I was fully convinced that she is the best girl for
my film,” he added further.
Having done movies like Shuddh Desi Romance and Befikre,
Vaani is only two films old. Even though she made an impressive debut back
then, she wasn’t seen in movies until Befikre happened last year. The film
tanked miserably at the box office and Ranveer Singh’s fans were rather
disappointed with the film.
Coming back to Yash Raj’s next, Tiger has always been very vocal about how he
adores Hrithik. This is definitely a golden opportunity for him as he will be
getting to work with his idol. Considering both Hrithik and Tiger are great
dancers and have entertained us with high – octane stunts in their previous
films, we are hoping this one too will have double dose of action!
The film is slated to release on January 25, 2019.
